Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, including quality checks and careful packaging to ensure every item is prepared with care before dispatch.
During peak periods, including sales and public holidays, processing times may be slightly extended due to higher order volumes.
All Australian and International orders are shipped via Australia Post. Please contact the courier service through your tracking number to track your parcel.

Duties & taxes are included in the price for US orders. All other international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable directly to your local customs office on delivery.
PRE-ORDER TERMS
Pre-order items will be dispatched once they become available. Estimated dispatch dates are a guide and may be subject to change due to unforeseen delays.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be dispatched together once the pre-order item is available. We do not offer split shipments.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the estimated timeframe. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES
Customers are responsible for understanding any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and other fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your local customs office before your order can be delivered, unless otherwise stated above.
PKD The Label is not responsible for additional customs or tax charges and cannot offer refunds for orders refused due to these fees. If the required charges are not paid, the order may be returned to us at the customer's expense. Any customs duties or taxes paid to receive an order are non-refundable, including in the event of a return.

PKD The Label is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
PKD The Label is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
